13-190(a)(4) Each pool shall be provided with two or more hydraulically balanced main drain openings for each main drain line at the deepest portion and constructed to completely drain the pool. Unable to clearly see the main drains.
13-189(c)(6): At all times when a pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. Observed pool being filled with water, which affected the clarity of the drains.
13-189(c)(1): Only chlorine or bromine can be used as primary means of disinfectants. The free-chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3 ppm at all times. Pool was being filled, unable to test and get accurate reading.

13-202(k): Each pool shall be supplied with a readily available first aid kit equipped to treat at least 15 people and that meets OSHA requirements for that size kit. Could not locate first aid kit.
