13-202(g) - An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure. Observed the emergency phone operational, but was informed by two 911 operators that they could not hear me clearly and that the volume was cutting in and out.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously to obtain the required minimum turnover of 1 turnover every 6 hours. The minimum flow meter reading for this pool to reach required turnover is 212gpm. Observed two flow meters, flow meter 1 was at 70gpm, and flow meter 2 was at 90gpm. These two flow meter readings combined is 160 gpm, not reaching required turnover.

13-201(k): An adequate supply of liquid body soap shall be provided to bathers in the dressing room showers at all times. Observed no soap in dressing showers in either bathroom. Also observed dressing showers in need of shower curtains.

13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous location where it is easily readable by the public at all times. Observed no inspection report posted.

13-187(c): The operating permit shall be conspicuously displayed as close to the pool entrance as possible so that it is easily readable by the public at all times. Observed no permit posted at the time of inspection. Advised CPO that since this pool is operating under a year-round permit, the CPO certification, permit and inspection reports must be displayed at all times, even when pool is not in use.
