13-202(d) Each pool shall be provided with coast guard approved life saving ring. Observed that rope around the lifesaving buoy was worn down; Snapped and detached during inspection

13-190(a)(7) Adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute. Observed that the bobber piece on the flow meter stuck at the bottom; not operational.

13-187(c) Operating permit shall be framed and displayed in public view as close to entrance as possible such that it is easily readable at all times. Observed that current permit was not on display inside the pool area; last year's permit posted.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and conspicuously posted in the pool area. Rules must contain at a minimum the 12 required statements from the pool code. Observed that pool rules signage was missing certain statements such as operational hours and "No spitting, spouting, etc."

13-201(c)(4): 1 shower with tempered water with a temperature range between 70 and 104 degrees fahrenheit shall be provided for each 100 men or women. Observed that men's dressing shower was not cleaned, bathing attire left in stall.
