13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times each day or as often as necessary if circumstances warrant, including prior to opening and during peak bathing loads. Observed pool logs not being conducted daily let alone twice daily.

13-201(c)(4): If there is a bathhouse: 1 shower, with tempered water with a temperature range between 70 degrees Farenheit and 104 degrees Farenheit shall be provided for each 100 men or women. No hot water in showers.

13-202(g): An operable, hard wired telephone shall be installed and provided.

Observation: Phone had no power/connection. It was dead.
