Observed food handler crack raw egg with gloved hand in pan and continued prepping food and handling ready to eat foods. Observed food handler grab raw meat with gloved hand, employee changed gloves and continued handling/ prepping food. CA: Hands shall be washed after handling raw animal food. Discussed with PIC employees shall washed hands before changing gloves. COS- PIC educated employee and employee properly washed hands.

COS- food handler properly washed hands and changed gloves
