3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
Hot water failed to reach the minimum required temperature of 110°F in the following rooms:
Room 406(103F),417(101F),202(90F), 306 (108F), 318 (104F)
Hot water shall be supplied to all plumbing fixtures used for personal hygiene and must reach a minimum temperature of 110°F within a reasonable time. Corrective Action: Maintenance must inspect and adjust the water heating system or supply lines to ensure hot water is delivered at a minimum of 110°F to all rooms.
Hot water supplied to handwashing sinks, bathing facilities, and lavatories must not exceed 120°F to prevent the risk of burns or scalds.
Corrective Action:
- Maintenance must adjust the water heater or mixing valves to ensure hot water temperatures do not exceed 120°F at points of use
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(5) - condition of furnishings
Room 410:
Chair unclean – Upholstery must be cleaned or replaced to maintain sanitary conditions.
No A/C filter installed – Install appropriate air filter to maintain air quality and HVAC efficiency.
Nightstand drawers stained – Surfaces must be cleaned or refinished.
Dresser in disrepair – Repair or replace to ensure furniture is functional and safe.
Clothes rack falling off wall – Secure or replace to prevent injury and restore proper use.
A/C filter dirty – Replace with a clean filter to support indoor air quality Rooms: 406, 417, 421, 313, 113, 108
Dresser, lamp shade, curtains in disrepair – Repair or replace Rooms 318, 406, 417, 108, 421, 202
Corrective Action: All noted deficiencies must be corrected promptly. Maintenance and housekeeping staff should complete necessary repairs, replacements, and deep cleaning
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Observed staining and/or holes on mattresses, box springs, bedding, and pillows in the following rooms: 406,417,421, 202, 225, 318,313 and 108 All bedding materials, including mattresses, box springs, pillows, and linens, must be maintained in good repair and in a clean, sanitary condition, free from visible stains, holes, or damage. Immediately remove and replace all stained or damaged mattresses, box springs, bedding, and pillows from service.
Ensure mattress and pillow covers are used to protect against staining and wear
34 - grounds, walkways, porches and hallways maintained; drives provide unobstructed width and proper spacing; graded to drain; trailer spaces marked clearly, areas clean and maintained in good repair

Observed holes at the end of the floors in the walkways on all floors
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Loose toilet seat in rooms(306) – Repair or replace to ensure secure, sanitary use. Faulty bath faucet – Must be repaired to allow proper water flow Heavily stained bathtub rooms(421,306) – Clean or resurface to restore sanitary condition let seat – Repair or replace
Vanity area in rooms (406, faucet in disrepair) – Reattach or replace
Stained or holes bathroom ceiling/water damage in rooms (417,421, 202, 108) – Assess source of damage, repair ceiling, and eliminate moisture source to prevent mold growth.
General Corrective Action: All items noted must be corrected promptly. Failure to correct these deficiencies may result in point deductions during future inspections or further enforcement action

Regulation: 511-6-2-.08(5) - toilet and bathing ventilation
Lack of anti-slip protection or insufficient anti-slip surfaces was observed in the bathtubs or shower areas of the following rooms:
Room 406,417, 421,202,225,318, 113, 108 The absence of proper anti-slip measures poses a slip and fall hazard, especially in wet environments, and may result in injury to guests.
Bathtubs and showers must have slip-resistant surfaces or be equipped with non-slip mats or strips to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
Corrective Action:
Install non-slip mats, adhesive strips, or slip-resistant coatings in all bath and shower areas immediately
19 - anti-slip tubs/showers, slip strips, mats or appliqué products provided and in good condition
Regulation: 511-6-2-.08(10) - anti-slip surface
Lack of anti-slip protection or insufficient anti-slip surfaces was observed in the bathtubs or shower areas of the following rooms:
