13-189(c)(1) - Chlorine levels should be kept between 3 - 10 parts per million & chlorine should only be used in chlorinator. observed: Chlorine reading was 0.26 ppm, and chlorine tablets placed on top of main drains. imminent health hazard.

13-202(b) - deck shower must be operable and maintained. observed: Deck shower had no running water.
