Log was inconsistent, readings were not recorded twice a day.

Inspection report was inside the pool house in a binder with the daily recordkeeping log.

Pool had debis, dirt, and/or sediment on the surface and sidewalls.

One shower was not working.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated to obtain the minimum required of one turnover every 4 hours. Flow meter showed a reading of 200 gpm. It should be a minimum of 225 gpm.

13-188(h)(3): Pool deck shall be cleaned, maintained, and obstructed. Observed trashcan overflowing.

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris by frequently brushing and vacuuming of the bottom and sidewalls. Observed visible scum and dirt at bottom of the pool.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated to obtain the minimum required of one turnover every 4 hours. Flowmeter showed a reading of 180 gpm. It should be a minimum of 225 gpm.

13-201(b)(1). The equipment shall be operated to obtain a minimum of one turnover rate every 6 hours. Flow meter read 140 gpm while minimum is 225 gpm.

13-189(a)(5) Pool shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, and debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming. Visible scum shall be removed immediately.
