13-196(a) Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir or other departmentally approved means of providing effective skimming. Observed: The skimmer closest to the bathroom has broken weir door and not providing effective skimming, leaves on pool surface.
13-202(i): Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. Phone numbers of CPO, management, and health department should be posted near emergency phone. Observed: Fulton county phone number was posted. Need to update phone number to Dekalb county's health department

CA: An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM). Discussed with CPO that he will have to get a a bigger flow meter
13-201(c)(3)- Observed both men's and women's restrooms without adequate hot water. CA: 1 Lavatory, with tempered water with a temperature range of 70F - 104F shall be provided for each 100 men or women.

Hot and cold water shall be a minimum of 100F at hand sink in on men and women restrooms. Observed men and women restrooms lacking water temperature of a minimum of 100F. At the time of inspection restroom faucet were operating at low pressure without hot water. Informed property manager to repair to provide hot water.
