Observed molded and cracked caulk seal in the bottom of the shower in room 307

Repeat Violation: At time of inspection, PIC could not produce current annual gas fire inspection report. PIC was unsure if inspection was conducted since December 2024 hotel inspection. PIC made copy of 05/26/23 gas fired inspection report. PIC stated that she will call and schedule gas fired inspection as soon as possible. Keep and maintain gas fired equipment inspection report on file

At time of inspection, PIC could not produce current annual gas fired inspection report. PIC stated report may be in locked office. PIC made a copy of EH copy of 05/26/23 inspection report to show general manager. If facility can fax or email current in date inspection report by 12/06/24 by 5:00 PM violation will be removed

Observed food and debris under lounge chair cushion in Rooms 214, 216, and 220. Room 214 had debris and hairclip. Room 216 had waffle fries. Room 220 had cracker crumbs. All furniture furnished by hotel is to be kept clean. PIC/GM is to discuss with housekeeping staff regarding checking and cleaning/vacuuming chairs and other furniture at time of cleaning before next guest. Chairs in rooms noted are to be cleaned by 5:00 PM today

Observed damaged bathtub in Room 226. The bathtub has a rusted damaged section inside the tub. The bathtub has to be repaired property. If not repaired, bathtub must be replaces. EH recommends replacing the bathtub. The bathtub is not in good condition

During inspection of facility, observed several places/locations on first and third floors where ceiling tiles were discolored from apparent roof leaks. Observed guest laundry had water on floor. PIC stated he was aware of leaking and working to address and repair leaks. Should be repaired as quickly as possible

Observed broken light fixture by the bed in Room 309. Will have it repaired by 08/23/23

Observed mildew on the inside food contact surface of the self service ice machines. Will have them properly cleaned today. Do not use ice until cleaned

Facility could not produce a current gas fired equipment inspection that was conducted within the past year. Most recent inspection report on file was 11/30/2021. Facility is to have gas fired equipment inspected and inspection report on file by 06/06/23
