Observed chicken nuggets under heat lamp not held at proper hot holding temperature of 135°F or higher. PIC discarded the chicken nuggets.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed employee hand sink located in the back of store leaking. PIC will have sink repaired.
