Observed facility without annual gas fired inspection. PIC will obtain gas fire inspection

Observed leak at plumbing drop pipe under right vanity sink in men's restroom. Leak is to be repaired as soon as possible with timeframe not to exceed 7 days

Observed broken sewer cap connections at RV Spaces 78, 26, and dump station pad. RV Space 78 has rubber boot/cap that is loose. RV Space 26 has missing cap with flower pot over piping. Foot pad/cap at dump station has plastic lid that is broken. Best repair would probably be brass. Foot pad/cap repair and RV space caps repair as soon as possible with timeframe not to exceed 7 days. Dump station cap is to be replaced as soon as possible. If cap has to be ordered, replace within 30 days

Observed toilet stall door in men's restroom at bathhouse was missing. Reinstall toilet stall door as soon as possible with timeframe not to exceed 30 days

Observed shower stalls showing signs of mildew/mold near floor and wall juncture in men's restroom at bathhouse. Clean shower stalls to sight and touch where there is no signs or evidence of mold/mildew as soon as possible with a time frame not to exceed 3 days

Repeat Violation: Observed far right toilet in women's restroom still having bad leak in wall at toilet. Leak has not been repaired since last inspection. Molded wet plywood has been replaced. New plywood is wet and beginning to show signs of cold. Facility is to develop a correction/repair plan to address leak in wall by 12/31/23. Leak is to be repaired by 01/31/24

Repeat Violation: Observed no soap or paper towels provided at vanity sink in men's and women's restrooms. Facility is to provide liquid soap and paper towels for guest use by 12/6/23. Dispensers appeared to be empty and need to be refilled. Hand pump soap can be used until dispenser can be repaired or replaced

Observed uncapped sewer connections in RV Spaces 62 and 74. Caps are missing or pipe broken. Replace sewer caps or broken piping and caps at Spaces 62 and 74 by 12/15/23. Check all remaining RV spaces and replace any broken piping or missing sewer caps as needed

Observed grounds near dumpster having excessive litter, trash, debris (wood bedframes, dresser or desk). Litter and trash and debris are to be cleaned up around dumpster area and discarded by 07/12/23.

The grounds of tourist accommodation appeared to have not been mowed for some time--possibly two or more weeks. One RV space near front seems to have mowed their own space as the grass was cut. Mow and weed eat tourist accommodation grounds by 07/20/23

Observed men's and women's shower/toilet rooms at bathhouse not kept clean to sight and touch. Observed dust, debris, spiders, and spider webs at both men's and women's vanities in shower/toilet rooms. Vanities in men's and women's shower/toilet room are to be clean to sight and touch by 07/14/23.

Observed far right toilet in women's restroom having a very bad leak. Observed previous attempted repair, wall was covered with plywood and not painted or sealed. Entire bottom half of plywood is wet/saturated and black with mildew. Picture taken. Leak at toilet is to be repaired and wall is to be repaired by 08/12/23.

Observed men's and women's shower/toilet rooms not showing evidence of daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance. Observed excessive cobwebs in corners of building, on light fixtures and vents. Observed toilet paper roll and debris on floor in men's restroom. Observed urinal in men's restroom having trash and debris in bowl. Observed spider web and spider in left vanity sink bowl in women's restroom. Bathhouse toilets, showers, and any property furnished by the tourist accommodation is to be kept clean and in good repair. Both men's and women's restrooms, showers, toilet stalls, vanities, etc. are to be clean to sigh and touch by 07/15/23

Observed no liquid soap in soap dispenser in men's and women's restrooms at bath house as required by rules. Facility is to provide soap for guest use in men's and women's restrooms by 07/14/23

Observed swimming pool entry gate unlocked at time of inspection allowing guest to the pool or pool area. Flint River RV Park's swimming pool has not be permitted for 2023 pool season and guests are not allowed to use swimming pool or pool area. Swimming pool entry gate is to be locked immediately after notification of this inspection report and remain locked at all times. Tourist accommodation/CPO has been previously notified verbally and in writing that swimming pool is not permitted and guest cannot use pool or pool area. Facility is to contact EH and request swimming pool inspection and permitting

Observed water supply outlet/hose bibs at dump station not equipped with vacuum breaker or other backflow prevention device as required in rules. Install vacuum breaker at hose bib at dump station by 08/12/23. A picture of simple vacuum breaker that can be installed on hose bib and satisfy rule requirement is included with inspection report

Observed trailer spaces 23 and 63 having RV dump hose connection broke and left in main sewer/dump connection where cap cannot be installed. Remove broken sewer hose connection and install cap in main sewer dump connection by 07/14/23
