Prepared food not marked with date of preparation or date for disposal. Observed combined ready-to-eat potentially hazardous food held more than 24 hours not date marked according to earliest date of opening/preparation. Food found stored past disposal date marked. PIC discarded all food items. Discussed proper dating and labeling process.
