Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety (TCS) food items that are labeled as " keep refrigerated" were not discarded as per the manufacturer's expiration date or sell by date. 2 gallons of 2% milk in walk-in-cooler with expiration date 08/02/2024. COS: Person in charge voluntarily discarded milk.

Food handler prepping food wearing bracelet. The only jewelry that may be worn on hands or lower arms are plain ring such as a wedding band. COS: CFSM asked food handlers to remove bracelet and discussed taking these items off before starting to work with food.

Food employee frying chicken tenders with no hair restraint. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective, clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority and worn properly to restrain loose hair. COS: Person in charge provided a hair net to food employee.
