1 half full container in walk-in-cooler of Food (cone mix ) found stored past disposal date marked on container (02/21).COS: Per PIC waffles are purchased premade, occasionally waffle cones are made in house, PIC discarded product.

Observed both employees at front food service area with no hair restraint while actively prepping food. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective, clean, disposable or easily cleanable nests or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority and worn properly to restrain loose hair. COS Food employees put on hat .
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Accumulation of old food debris inside reach in coolers, around door handles and gaskets. Clean these areas more frequently to prevent build-up.
