Observed expired Food Manager Certification.. A CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the food service establishment. PIC given 60 calendar days to apply and or have test completed with a passing score.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observation: observed multiple items stored in cooler in kitchen not properly date marked after 24-hour storage. Code: food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, when held at a temperature of 41°F (5°C) or below for a maximum of 7 days.
