13 - water glasses and multi-use utensils; washed, rinsed, and sanitized in an approved manner: 3 compartment sink, commercial dishwasher, approved guestroom kitchenette dishwasher or single service items provided

Observed commercial dishwasher used for sanitizing glasses and utensils not reaching manufacturer’s specifications. Dishwasher ran again with more sanitizing solution. Advised PIC to use three compartment if issues resume

Observed black build up on panel of ice machine. Ice machines shall be maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized
