Observed multiple food containers wet stacked above three compartment sink.

Observed cooked chicken wings in reach-in cooler pasted the use by date of 9/16/24 and marinara in small containers on counter pasted the use by date of 9/19/24. All food items discarded.

Observed scoops stored in multiple items in prep top cooler with handle down touching the contents. Handles should be stored inverted with the handle not touching food content.

Observed multiple food items in the prep-top cooler and reach-in cooler above 41F including four containers of pepperoni at 61F, 59F, 50F and 53F, 2 containers of shredded cheese at 54F and 54F, a container of mozzarella cheese 53F, 1 container of banana peppers at 52F, a container of jalapenos at 53F and 1 bag of pepperoni at 53F. All food items discarded during the inspection.

Observed a container of shredded cheese with a use by date of 4/28/24 and a container of banana peppers with a use by date of 4/27/24. All food items discarded during the inspection.
