Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed sanitizing compartment of three-compartment sink not testing to minimal acceptable levels. Sanitizer shall be at proper levels to sanitize equipment. Sink solution remade during inspection.
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing
Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Observed outdated inspection report posted in food area. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Please display this inspection report after printing.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed missing tile over food service preparation area. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Ceiling tile shall be replaced after repair from water damage.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed stuffed toy stored on top of individually wrapped muffins in box in main kitchen. Employee items shall be stored separately to prevent contamination. Employee item relocated during inspection.
