Observed TCS foods in prep top above proper cold holding temperature of 41F: roast beef 51F, Tuna salad 49F, philly 48F and diced chicken teriyaki 46F. Roast beef discarded and all other food items moved to walk-in freezer to rapid cool during inspection.
