Observed ice machine at the satellite kitchen and front resident kitchen with heavy build-up on the drop area and side walls. Equipment should be cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation of build-up.

Observed cheese sauce, tuna salad, and egg salad with the use by date of 2/14/2026 in cold holding storage. Food items discarded during inspection.

Observed single-service/Single-use items stored under food prep surface exposed to dripping or other contamination during food prep. Items moved during inspection.

Observed accumulation/build-up of food debris on kitchen equipment in main kitchen, and satellite kitchen. Equipment should be cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation of food debris.

Observed mop, broom and dustpan stored in satellite kitchen. Maintenance tools moved during inspection.
