Observed temperature control for safety food (TCS) held above 41F in the reach-in-cooler: Pre-cooked scrambled eggs 44F, Milk 43F, Yogurt 44F, Shelled hardboiled eggs 45F. All foods discarded and reach-in-cooler rearranged to allow or more air circulation as well as other bulk containers talked about to allow for more air flow discussed during inspection.
