In reach-in cooler, observed cooked bacon pieces stored at 46F and raw beef hotdogs stored at 47F. Observed opened ranch dressing bottle stored on countertop at 52F. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F or below. Listed food items discarded during inspection.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Base of Operation Violation: Observed multiple plastic containers wet stacked on shelf in main kitchen area. Equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Containers separated during inspection.
