Observed employee drink and McDonalds food stored on prep table with prepped food items. Employee should consume food in designated area and drinks should be in a single use cup with lid and straw stored away from consumer items and handled in a way to prevent contamination. PIC moved food items during inspection.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed slimy black build up on baffle of ice machine. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to minimize accumulation.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(h) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, disposition (p)
Observed multiple containers of cooked food items exceeded 7 days stored in reach-in cooler: chicken soup 2/4 and chicken soup 2/3. Multiple food items with no date label. Food items should have datemarking and discarded once exceeds 7 days. All food items discarded during inspection.

Observed two containers of chicken soap cooling covered in reach-in cooler. When placed in cooling or cold holding equipment, food containers in which food is being cooled should be stored loosely or fully uncovered. PIC uncovered food items during inspection.

Observed bug crawling on floor in front food service area. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises. No pest control records available during inspection.
