Observed residue/buildup on spoon storage containers and within dipper wells. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(m) - rodent bait stations (p)
Observed an open bait station. Rodent bait shall be contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed ice cream scoops stored not under running water of sufficient velocity. Ice cream scoops removed during inspection.
