Observed multiple food contact surfaces with significant buildup
- pink buildup in ice machine, crust over on HH lamps, buildup on hood over fryer CA: ensure ALL food contact surfaces are sanitized and kept free of buildup
14D - gloves used properly

Observed employee not change gloves when changing tasks CA: ensure employees change gloves and wash hands between tasks

Observed cardboard on floor in WIC to collect standing water CA: ensure cleanable equipment is used, cardboard is not permitted to soak up water

- fryer area, chicken breading area, biscuit oven, equipment handles CA: ensure ALL equipment is properly cleaned, kept free of food debris

Observed standing water in various areas of kitchen, broken floor tiles by back door, food debris covering many floors, walls, and ceilings. Observed missing ceiling tiles and floor tiles in WIF CA: ensure all floors, walls, ceilings are cleaned, broken tiles are replaced, standing water mopped up and kept dry!
