2-1B - hands clean and properly washed

Observed employees switching tasks, handling personal items, entering kitchen, drinking and not washing their hands. COS: Hands were washed. CA: Ensure proper handwashing procedures are addressed with staff.
6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Observed food temps and ambient temperature of walk in cooler dated between 6/5/26-6/9/26 cold holding above 41 degrees F ranging from 43F-58F. COS: Items were removed from WIC and placed on ice baths and a refrigerated truck was requested to have all items moved until the WIC is properly repaired and cold holding 41F and below to include food items and ambient temp.
