Observed bottom half of warmer cabinet for serving line not properly working, not holding items 135 F or above. COS: Items were reheated to to proper internal cooking temperature. CA: Ensure equipment is working properly, have serviced if needed.
12B - personal cleanliness

Observed staff member wearing a bracelet while handling food on serve line. CA: Have staff remove any jewelry before handling any food.
