Observed hot water not working properly at employee handwashing sink when entering main kitchen. CA: Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. PIC will have until 05/082024 to have hot water repaired at employee handwashing sink in front area of facility when entering kitchen.

Observed water pressure lacking at employee handwashing sink beside 3-compartment sink. CA: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under subsection (1)(k)1 and 2 to a temporary food service operation or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure. PIC will have until 05/08/2024 to have water pressure repaired at employee handwashing sink beside 3-compartment sink.

Observed mop sitting in bucket of water in chemical storage room. CA: After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. PIC will have employee to hang mop to dry in chemical storage room between uses.
