Observed no disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink to the left when entering the kitchen area. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels. PIC put disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink to the left when entering the kitchen area.

Observed small amounts of brown build-up in small ice bins in front kitchen area. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize small ice bins in front kitchen area.

Observed food debris build-up in the microwave over the reach in cooler in the middle kitchen area. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC will remove food debris build-up in the microwave over the reach in cooler in the middle kitchen area.
