Observed orange slime build up in ice bin in kitchen area beside RIF. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned such as ice bins. PIC will drain, clean, and sanitize ice bin in kitchen area beside RIF.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(a) - equipment and utensils, constructed of durable materials (c)
Observed color coded prep boards with visible cuts and stains. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. PIC will buy more color coded prep boards.

Observed microwave in kitchen area accumulated with food debris. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC will clean microwave in kitchen area with food debris.
