Observed orange stains on bottom sheet at foot of bed in Maci's Cottage. CA: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. PIC will have bottom sheet on bed replaced in Maci's Cottage

Observed black stains on sheet on bed upstairs in the Olive House to the far left on the back side. CA: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. PIC will replace sheet on bed upstairs in the Olive House to the far left on back side

Observed visible stains on ends of shower curtain in bathroom downstairs on the right when entering the Olive House. CA: Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day, unless the guest has declined regular tourist room services. If a tourist declines regular tourist room services, the tourist accommodation facility must ensure that these surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once per week and between tourists. PIC will have shower curtain replaced in bathroom downstairs on the right when entering the Olive House

Observed two light bulbs out in prep area to the left of room. CA: All rooms shall be well lighted. PIC will replace two light bulbs in prep area to the left of the room
