2 - self-closing / self-latching gates
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(11)(h) - (h) access gates shall also comply with the requirements of this rule and shall be equipped to accommodate a locking device. barrier gates shall open away from the pool in facilities constructed after adoption of this chapter. pedestrian access gates
Observed door that is not self latching and will open freely.

6 - proper disinfectant level
Regulation: .17((1)(c) - proper disinfectant level
Observed chlorine at 16ppm.
C/A: chlorine must be between 2-10 ppm.
7 - ph between 7.2 and 7.8
Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(b) - (b) during operation, the ph is less than the minimum or more than the maximum levels allowed in dph rule 511-3-5-.l7.
Observed pH below 7.0

28 - flow meter: appropriate range and location
