Observed staining on top sheets, sheets, pillowcases, pillow covers, pillows, and mattresses in rooms 145, 146, and 142. Observed hair on sheets in room 145. Observed hair on towels in room 142. C/A: Bed, bedding, and linens must be clean and free from staining and hair

Observed furniture stored outside room 142. C/A: Grounds, including spaces beneath buildings, shall be kept clean and free of litter

Observed inspection report from 11/14/2024 posted in front of facility. C/A: The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away

Observed build up in air conditioning filters in room 142. C/A: Air filters shall be cleaned and in good repair according to manufacturer's instructions

Observed build up inside ice machine. C/A: Machines must be cleaned, sanitized and in good repair according to manufacturer's instructions

Dirty/rusted lamp was observed in room 145. Chair in 150 in disrepair. CA: Furniture must be clean and in good condition

Staining observed on mattresses, comforters, covers, pillows, and pillowcases in rooms 145, 142, 140, and 150. CA: Bed, bedding, and linens must be clean and in good condition or discarded

Observed rust and stains inside tubs of rooms 145, 142, 140, and 150. Observed build up on soap shelf in rooms 150 and 140. CA: Toilet facilities must be cleaned and maintained

Observed holes in the walls and ceilings in rooms 145, 142, 140, and 150. Replace wall panel behind bed in room 142. Staining observed on wall in room 150. Hole in wall where missing outlet was located. CA: Walls should be properly maintained and clean

Observed build up on air conditioner in room 145. CA: Clean filter and surface of air conditioner unit

Observed pink slime in ice machine and freezers inside room 142. CA: Equipment must be cleaned and sanitized

Observed gum stuck to the side of the headboard in room 146. C/A: All furniture shall remain clean and in good repair

Observed light cover mising from the lightbulb in the bathroom of 146. C/A: Bathroom fixtures shall be maintained in good repiar

Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions
