Observed employee at the food station with an apple watch in his wrist. Observed another employee at the coffee station with a bracelet on her wrist. C/A Jewelry. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Watch and bracelett was removed
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Observed two sanitizing buckets on top of the counter above the dumping sink without any sanitizer inside of them. Observed another sanitizing bucket on the far end across from the ice cream display unit without any sanitizer C/A Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n); and
(ii) Laundered daily. Containers of chemical sanitizing solutions in which wet wiping cloths are held between uses shall be stored off the floor and used in a manner that prevents contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. COS: Sanitizer was changed

Observed in between use utensils held in water below 135F (water was 123F and 92*F) C/A In a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135°F (57°C) and the container is cleaned at a frequency specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(7)(b)3(vi). COS: Water was changed

Observed the waffle iron on the counter with visible food debris inside. PIC stated they have not used it in a few days and no one cleaned it. Observed the Boston cream machine on the counter with cream inside since last week. C/A CIP equipment that is not designed to be disassembled for cleaning shall be designed with inspection access points to ensure that all interior food-contact surfaces throughout the fixed system are being effectively cleaned. COS Facility has 72 Hours to correct the violation
