Observed facility does not have testing strips for chlorine at the three compartment sink. C/A) Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. COS: Facility has 10 days to correct the violation
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed The ceiling in the in the kitchen and the storage area that needs repairing and painting. The paneling at the three compartment sink needs repairing and the foam needs to be cut out. The floor in the kitchen area needs repairing, tiles need to be glued down or replaced C/A ) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
(b) Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions.
- The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. COS: Facility has 30 days to correct violations
