FACILITY RECEIVES KEY DROP DELIVERIES; PIC IS NOT ENSURING THE CONDITION AND TEMPERATURE OF FOOD PRODUCT/TCS FOODS ARE RECORDED UPON IMMEDIATE RECIEPT OF DELIVERY.
C/A: PIC shall ensure written procedures and plans, where specified by this Chapter and as developed by the food service establishment, are maintained and implemented as required; PIC shall ensure employees are recording temperature and condition of food products upon immediate receipt of key drop delivery
EHS HAS EXPLAINED TO PIC THAT AS LONG AS FOOD PRODUCT RECEIVED VIA KEY DROP DELIVERY AGREEMENT IS IN THE FACILITY, THE INVOICE SHALL REMAIN IN THE FACILITY THAT SHOWS TEMPERATURE AND CONDITION UPON RECEIPT
