2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(l) - handwashing sinks location/placement (pf)
Facility has been renovated and bar has been moved to new area in facility. Observed new bar area without hand-sink.
C/A: Install hand-sink; a handwashing sink shall be located to allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and ware-washing areas.
PIC will set up temporary handwashing station until hand-wash station is installed. At request of owner, facility granted 30-days to conform to compliance.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
- Observed hole in wall tile near veggie sink in main kitchen.
- Observed splatter along walls throughout main kitchen.
C/A: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.

- The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
