PIC unable to provide key drop agreement with food vendor (Gordon) for after hour food deliveries.
C/A: The food service establishment shall maintain records of the written agreement as specified in subsection (3)(m)3. of this Rule as well as records that show the delivery condition and temperature of the products upon receipt of delivery.
Provide key drop agreement with vendor to EHS via email within 10-days.
COS-Letter of Compliance: PIC provided key drop agreement to EHS email on 11/3/25.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Observed wet wiping cloths stored on counters along main kitchen and drive thru/ice cream area.
C/A: Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be:
(i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n); and
(ii) Laundered daily.
COS: Cloths stored in QAC measuring 200ppm.

Observed several single use containers, lids, to-go trays, hot dog boxes, and sauce cups and lids stored facing up on counters in main kitchen and on rack in basement storage area.
C/A: leaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored:
(i) In a clean, dry location;
(ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and
(iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. 3. Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored as specified under paragraph 1 of this subsection and shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used.
