EHS observed multiple spiderwebs under the light fixtures in the bathroom and near the front door in room 127. Observed live drain gnats and spiders in room 221. CA: Effective and appropriate measures shall be taken to eliminate the presence of rodents and flies, roaches, bed bugs, and other insects on the premises. The premises shall be kept in such condition as to prevent the attraction, harborage or feeding of insects or rodents

Observed housekeeping carts on floor 1 and 2 with several unlabeled bottles of chemicals.

CA: Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents
