Observed a bucket of water stored in the hand sink located in the front food service area.
C/A: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
COS: bucket removed; discussed that hand sink shall only be used for hand washing
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(8)(a) - before use after cleaning(p)
Observed food employee washing dishes and then store them for air drying without sanitizing.
C/A: Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized before use after cleaning.
COS: Dishes sanitized in a food grade bleach solution observed at 50ppm

Observed inspection report from 9/3/2021 being displayed in the lobby area.
C/A: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
