3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
Observed water temperature in rooms nr 152 and 256 with water temperature exceeding 120F ( rm# water temp at tub and sink 256 129 and rm#152 water temp at tub and sink 135F) C/A In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F. COS: Rooms may not be rented until the water temperature is brought down to 120F or below
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Observed stains on mattresses in rooms # 133, 103, 256 and 152 Observed mattress cover soiled in room 152 and 133 Observed bedspread ripped and with burned holes in room nr 152, stains in room nr 256 C/A Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly

Observed room nr 211 and 256 with mold on the ceiling. C/A Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day, unless the guest has declined regular tourist room services. If a tourist declines regular tourist room services, the tourist accommodation facility must ensure that these surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once per week and between tourists. COS Rooms may not be in use until the mold has been addressed in those rooms

Observed the ceiling in bathroom from room nr 103 peeling off. C/A Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. In all new constructed and extensively remodeled residential kitchens used in bed and breakfast inns, coved base molding may be required. Walls and ceilings in residential kitchens shall be easily cleanable and light colored
