Observed the ambient for the small reach-in cooler (RIC) in the server prep area located next to the dessert RIC in the main kitchen at 47F.
C/A: Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use.
NOTE: TCS item just prepped; items removed from unit and placed in walk-in cooler
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Observed closed energy drink and a muffin stored on the prep table located in the reduce oxygen packaging prep area of the main kitchen.
C/A: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions.
