Observed children toys blocking access to handwashing sink by the employee's designated area in the main kitchen. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. COS: Children toys removed to gain access to handwashing sink.

Observed in the main kitchen a water bottle and 2 milk gallons owned by employees stored in reach in cooler with customer foods; plastic water bottle and drinking cups stored on the back table beside the 3-compartment sink and shelf above table used to make doughnut dough. CA: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, COS: PIC placed all items on their designated food table. equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
