Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
The sanitizer bucket tested at 0PPM. CA The concentration of the sanitizer for QAC must test at 200PPM and chlorine 50PPM. COS The sanitizer tested at 50PPM for chlorine.

Mold was observed inside the ice machine(s) in the kiosk. CA Equipment must be cleaned and sanitized to prevent contamination. COS The equipment was sanitized.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(7)(c) - food labels (pf, c)
Several containers that contained powder mix stored inside the bin on the countertop was observed not labeled. CA Food items held out of its original package must be labeled with the name of the food item.

Two half and half milk cartons stored inside the reach in cooler had an expiration date of 10/29/25. CA TCS food items must be discarded by the expiration date to prevent foodborne illnesses. COS The milk was discarded.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Test strips were not available. CA Test strips must be available to test the concentration of the sanitizer inside the bucket. Chlorine (bleach) and/or QAC test strips must be available.
