Regulation: 511-6-1.03(2)(o) - person-in-charge duties (pf)
PIC could not verify that food employees have been informed or trained on the reportable symptoms or illnesses. C/A: Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. Facility has 10 calendar days to submit to EHS a copy of signed employee health policies.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
The sanitizer buckets on the counter and by the register tested at 0 ppm QAC. C/A: The concentration of the QAC must test at 200PPM. COS: Sanitizer buckets remade and tested at 200 ppm QAC.
