Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(n)1 - gloves, use limitation (single use gloves) (p)
Observed food employee with gloves, pick up spatula from floor and then proceed to handle bag of bread/prep. Advise PIC single-use gloves shall be used for only one task and discarded when soiled, or interruption in the operation. COS: Had food employee cease prep, was hands and don new gloves.

Upon arrival, observed no PIC onsite, upon request. Advised PIC person in charge must be present at all times. COS: Health Authority designated PIC.

Observed no allergy training document upon request. Advised PIC employees are properly trained in food safety, including food allergy awareness.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Upon arrival, observed container of romaine lettuce stored in handsink. Advised PIC handsink shall be used for handwashing only. COS: PIC removed container of romaine lettuce from handsink.
