Upon arrival, observed 4 packages of cooked Italian beef thawing at room temperature in unused fryer. Advised PIC on proper thawing methods. COS: Had PIC place the 4 packages of cooked Italian beef in the walk-in cooler for proper thawing.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single service cups and lids stored on the floor. Iteams shall be stored off the floor. PIC moved items from the floor.
