Advised PIC All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed stains on the mattress in rooms 203, 322, 223, and 102; observed hole on mattress cover in room 223. Advised PIC Advised PIC that all bedding including mattresses, mattress covers, and pillows shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Observed ceiling tiles in disrepair and stained on the first floor hallway. Advised PIC all walkways, porches, and hallways shall be maintained in good repair. Only articles necessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment shall be stored on the premises. Advised PIC to replace ceiling tiles

Observed staining on bedroom mattresses in rooms 210 and 312; observed staining on the mattress cover on the pullout couch in room 210; observed staining on pillows in room 205 and 306. Advised PIC that all bedding including mattresses, mattress covers, and pillows shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Observed staining on mattress (Room 308 and Room 319); staining on pullout-couch mattress (Room 309), Staining on mattress pad (Room 309 and room 121). Advised PIC that all bedding including mattresses and bed skirts shall be kept clean at all times
