Observed hot water temperatures exceeding 120F for rooms 210 (122F), 203 (126F), 312 (123F), 509 (123F). Advised PIC hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed multiple microwaves with rusting on interior in rooms 130, 133, 217, 226, 310, 509. Advised PIC Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Observed residue on showerhead for rooms 104, 217 (pink), 130 (black/brown), rusting on showerhead mount for room 218, debris on showerhead for room 312 and room 327. residue on showerhead for room 310. Observed paint peeling on ceiling for bathroom in room 203. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean

Observed build-up, mold-like substance, and/or debris inside of ice machines on 1st, 3rd and 4th floor with brown staining on food contact portion. Advised PIC Equipment shall be clean and free of accumulations. Advised ice machine chutes shall be clean and free of accumulations and to clean thoroughly
